Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Engaging customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.
• Developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assisting in pharmacy duties, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting inventory management and clinical services as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through the designated training program and/or state certification.
• Attending training and acquiring continuing education credits.

External Basic Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math and computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification preferred.
