Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.

• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity.
• Comply with and reinforce all safety regulations and programs; identify unsafe conditions and notify management.
• Understand and follow the company guidelines on inventory management, ordering of medications and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer waiting areas.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure value to customer and company.
• Provide stellar customer experience and assist pharmacist as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and assist with routine tasks.
• Operate cash register per company policies and handle payments.
• Assist customers with inquiries and direct interactions with minors or individuals with special needs.
