Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to support health and wellness services and ensure accurate product dispensing. You will assist pharmacists, handle sensitive information with discretion, and maintain a clean, compliant environment for customers and teammates.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, adherence to HIPAA, and efficient reception and data entry in a fast-paced store setting in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years old and able to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Comply with and reinforce all food safety, sanitation and safety regulations; identify unsafe conditions and notify store management.
• Understand and perform ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Operate the cash register and handle Cash/Credit/Debit, EBT and Gift Cards in accordance with policies.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while reception, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing.
