Job summary

Kroger in Anderson, IN is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service at the pharmacy counter and support daily operations. You will handle reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing under supervision, following HIPAA rules and company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and the company's policies regarding the same.
• Operate the cash register and follow cashier handling policies to prevent loss and process transactions.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
