Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient intervention and health/wellness services as allowed by state/federal law.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience while accurately completing steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
• Maintain current state and/or national registration, certification, or licensure.
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and applications.
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
• Coach and train clerks and technicians.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
