Harris Teeter in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in delivering health and wellness services and accurate dispensing, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient safety.

You will assist with data entry, reception, and post-fill audits, uphold sanitation standards, and help train clerks and technicians; a current registration or licensure is required. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Mansioni

• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Maintain a current national and/or state registration, certification, or license depending on state requirements.
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms, resources, and applications.
• Comply with and reinforce all sanitation and safety regulations/guidelines/procedures.
