Harris Teeter in Durham, NC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist in duties that do not require professional judgement. You will provide reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a stellar customer experience.

You must maintain current state/national licensure, be at least 18, and support health and wellness services in a safe, ethical environment. Training and coaching of staff are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete national registration, certification or licensure as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacist with responsibilities excluding professional judgement.
• Provide accurate reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps.
• Support health and wellness services and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain current state/national registration, certification or licensure as required.
• Provide excellent customer experience and safe, efficient service.
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Support non-dispensing services using available platforms and apps.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations per company and laws.
