Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescriptions and compassionate service in our stores. You will help ensure safe operations, proper labeling, and adherence to SOPs while upholding CVS Health’s patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates will complete required state licensure and training, work with a collaborative team, and assist with immunizations and customer support in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements (age, education, licensure/certification).
• If state board has no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If no minimum education, high school diploma or equivalent required or actively enrolled in program.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists with patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks per direction of pharmacy leadership.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and stay open to feedback.
