Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment in a retail setting. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations when applicable, and maintain patient care standards while upholding regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities include assisting pharmacists, handling inventory, and providing empathetic customer service across drive-thru, pick-up, and in-store interactions.

Qualifications

• Must follow state board of pharmacy requirements and licensing rules.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly and on time, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacists with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service during pick-up, drive-thru and calls.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and keep records compliant.
• Adapt to scheduling needs and support multiple stores in the market when required.
