Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in our retail stores to support pharmacy teams and deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment. You’ll help provide empathetic service, handle drive-thru and pick-up tasks, and follow SOPs to ensure quality patient care.

This role requires completing state licensing requirements, maintaining registrations, and staying compliant with laws. The position may include immunization support and offsite clinics where allowed, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education and licensure/certification
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
• Attention and focus to concentrate on a task and pivot between tasks
• Customer service and teamwork to assist patients and colleagues
• Demonstrate clear communication and safety in all interactions
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where permitted
