Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment and patient care at our Retail stores. You will follow SOPs, assist pharmacists, and help maintain accurate medication handling while providing compassionate service to patients and families.

The role may include immunization support and other clinical services where allowed, contributing to a safe, inclusive pharmacy environment and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment if no specific requirement.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with immunizations and additional patient care services where allowable by law.
