Job summary

The role requires completing state licensure and training as per state Board guidelines, with a focus on safety, empathy, and high-quality care for every patient and family in our communities.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board has no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy for patient safety.
• Provide friendly customer service and teamwork, supporting pharmacists and patients.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training.
• Assist with inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed by the leadership team.
