CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering accurate, timely prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service in our retail stores. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where permitted, and help maintain inventory and regulatory compliance.

The role requires completing state licensure and training as per state Board guidelines, with a focus on safety, empathy, and high-quality care for every patient and family in our communities.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board has no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy for patient safety.
• Provide friendly customer service and teamwork, supporting pharmacists and patients.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training.
• Assist with inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed by the leadership team.
