Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service. You will operate within store workflows, follow SOPs, and participate in training and certification requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting with immunizations where allowed, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and traveling to market stores as needed to ensure consistent operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• Minimum age, where not mandated by state, is 16 years or older.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients and staff with empathy and care.
• Assist pharmacists with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements in all duties.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where permitted by law.
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed to meet business needs.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling, dispensing and patient communication.
