Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address minimum education, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, caring service and positive patient experiences.
• Assist with inventory activities and learn pharmacy policies and procedures.
