Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional customer service. The technician will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help provide immunizations where allowed by law. Flexibility to travel to market stores is expected.

Responsibilities include adhering to state board requirements, completing training, and maintaining patient privacy and safety across all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If no minimum age is mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within the store.
• Assist pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with medication deliveries.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
