Job summary

CVS Health in Durham, NC is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team with patient-centered service. The role involves prescription fulfillment, immunizations where allowed, inventory tasks, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining safety and privacy.

You will work 29 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and travel to other stores as needed. A HS diploma or equivalent and state licensure/certification are required, with prior pharmacy technician experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; active state pharmacy license/certification.
• 1–3 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Ability to work in-store, with flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Accurately confirm prescription information and label accuracy.
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing and patient interactions to ensure safety and service.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with vaccine administration where allowed.
• Deliver empathetic patient service at register and drive-thru.
