Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in a busy retail location in North Carolina. You will assist in prescription fulfillment, patient interaction, and immunization services where allowed by state law.

You will follow SOPs, maintain accurate records, and help ensure patient safety while contributing to a friendly, efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If no minimum age is set, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist customers and patients to provide an exceptional experience at pick-up, drive-thru, or phone.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Contribute to inventory activities and ensure proper stock management.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to deliver immunizations and point‑of‑care services where allowed by law.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with all relevant regulations.
