Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment and patient care. You will assist with immunizations as allowed by state law, maintain accuracy, and follow SOPs to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts across stores in the Wake Forest market.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Deliver empathetic, customer-focused service and resolve patient questions and issues.
• Assist with inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership.
