Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician for an on-site role in Southern Shores, NC. You will support pharmacy teams, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and interact with patients to deliver compassionate service.

Responsibilities include inventory tasks, following SOPs, and providing immunization support where allowed. Minimum state licensure/certification requirements apply, with a focus on safety, quality, and patient care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification as applicable.
• Minimum age 16 if required by state board of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled in high school.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver positive patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and via phone.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with routine tasks as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to support pharmacists and patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues and handle sensitive information.
