Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and ensure patient safety.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, compassionate service to patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Manage basic inventory activities: receiving, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks and waiting bins.
• Contribute to a high-performing team, be receptive to feedback, expand clinical and technical knowledge.
• Be flexible for scheduling and business needs; travel to stores in the market as needed.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws, CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy.
• Deliver immunizations and other health services where allowed and trained.
