Job summary

You will follow SOPs across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and front-end tasks; assist with immunizations where allowed; help manage inventory and cycle counts; and provide empathetic care to patients while maintaining privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and front-end tasks.
• Assist with immunizations where permissible and supported by training and certification.
• Support inventory activities, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and stock organization.
• Deliver empathetic patient service while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
