Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including minimum age and licensure/certification where applicable.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• 1-3 years of previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service settings is advantageous.
• Ability to work in the home store and across the market to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations by following SOPs at each workstation.
• Ensure prescription fulfillment is accurate, timely, and safe.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Support inventory activities such as stocking, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and replenishment.
• Provide caring customer service to patients and colleagues and assist with drive-thru, pickup, and other workflows.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores across the market as needed.
