Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support in-store pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and high-quality patient care. You will assist Pharmacists, engage with patients, and uphold SOPs to maintain efficient service within a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, inventory tasks, and supporting immunization services where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age/education/licensure.
• State may require minimum age of 16 where not specified by board.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists in patient-facing interactions and immunization services where allowed.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and support regulatory compliance and privacy requirements.
• Remain flexible for shifts and travel to other stores as needed by the market.
