Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements and licensure/certification rules.
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and training to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and labeling.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support inventory tasks and safe handling of medications as directed by leadership.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and colleagues to ensure patient safety and service quality.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and market needs while maintaining a safe, inclusive team environment.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
