Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescriptions and caring, patient-centered service in our retail stores. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and vaccination-related duties where permissible, and help maintain safe, compliant operations across the store.

The role requires compliance with state licensure and national certification requirements, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance including nights and weekends.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with empathy and care at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks and support the pharmacy leadership team.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with CVS policies and procedures.
