Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescriptions and compassionate service. You will assist with workflow, inventory, and patient interactions to ensure safety and quality across store operations.

The role requires state licensure/certification where applicable, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Travel to market stores may be required; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or be actively enrolled in high school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, customer-focused service at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks, stocking, cycle counts and returns-to-stocks.
• Be flexible to travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
• Comply with all laws, CVS policies, privacy and safety requirements.
