After completing required training and licensure steps, you may travel to stores to support the market. The role emphasizes compliance, accurate labeling, and compassionate patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent communication and math skills for dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient experiences at pickup, drive-thru and phone.
• Manage basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks.
• Be flexible to travel to stores to cover shifts as needed.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Comply with laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy.
