Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where trained, and help with inventory management.

The role requires meeting state board requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to obtain licensure/certification.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist in delivering patient care services (immunizations, testing) when trained and certified.
• Support inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging team environment and be flexible to store needs.
