Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service. You may assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where permitted, while adhering to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

This role requires state licensure and national certification where applicable; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or licensure/certification.
• If no minimum age is mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership.
• Support the pharmacy team and participate in training and certifications as required.
• Travel to stores to cover shifts as needed by the business.
