Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care across store operations. You will follow SOPs, assist pharmacists, and help provide immunization and point-of-care services where permitted.

The position requires compliance with state board licensure, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; active enrollment in high school or equivalency program acceptable where allowed.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each station for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and via phone; support immunizations and other services where allowed.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and ensure proper handling of medication deliveries and stock.
