Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional customer service in-store. You will assist with immunizations, point-of-care tasks where allowed, and day-to-day workflow under supervision to ensure patient safety and care.

The role requires adherence to state board requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant licensure/certification.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board has no minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Support basic inventory tasks and proper stock handling.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team and leadership to improve safety and service.
