Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and over the phone while solving customer questions.
• Perform basic inventory activities and returns‑to‑stocks as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Support immunizations and offsite clinics where trained and allowed by law.
