Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations across stores, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service. You will work with pharmacists, handle routine tasks, and participate in immunization support where permitted.

Expect a full-time schedule with heavy emphasis on customer-facing duties, adherence to SOPs, and ongoing training to meet state licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• If state board does not mandate a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Assist with inventory activities and assist pharmacists as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team and support immunization services where allowed.
