Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our store pharmacy team, ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment, strong patient service, and adherence to SOPs. The role emphasizes safety, empathy, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists, managing basic inventory, and complying with state board requirements. Immunization support may be available where permitted.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Following pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
