Job summary

UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital, operated jointly with Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to provide distributive pharmacy services under supervision of a registered pharmacist. You will assist with dispensing, refilling automated systems, cart filling, and inventory management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, State Board registration in good standing, and PTCB/CPhT certification or pharmacy intern status. Hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State Board of Pharmacy registration in good standing required.
• PTCB-CPhT certification or current Pharmacy Intern status required.

Responsibilities

• Provides distributive pharmacy services and support for the pharmacist.
• Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
• Fills medication carts daily.
• Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy.
• Repackages bulk medications.

What We’re Looking For
