Job summary

UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital, operated jointly with Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN basis. You will conduct PT assessments, develop treatment plans, provide direct patient care to restore strength and mobility, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

You will document sessions, contribute to discharge planning, and collaborate with rehab teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience: Previous rehab setting preferred.
• License: Current PT license.
• Certifications: CPR certification required.

Responsibilities
