Lifepoint Health® operates UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital in partnership with UW Health. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality patient care, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers for home exercise programs.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current PT license.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts physical therapy assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
