Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as inpatient, outpatient, or oncology pharmacy technician (within last five years).
• Graduate from ASHP-accredited pharmacy technician program (or similar/military training).
• Certification by PTCB, ExCPT, or CHPhT; current active BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile products and perform pharmaceutical calculations.
• Adhere to sterile procedures and maintain equipment.
• Prepare and fill physician orders for IV solutions and unit-dose orders.
• Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure sterility of IV products.
• Participate in quality assurance data collection and review.
