Thrifty White Pharmacy in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training to start and grow your pharmacy career within our community. Completion of Thrifty White's ASHP/ACPE Accredited Training Program is required, along with all registration, licensing, and certification per North Dakota Board of Pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Completion of Thrifty White Training Program (ASHP/ACPE Accredited) is required.
• Must meet North Dakota Board of Pharmacy registration, licensing and certification requirements.
• Must be willing to commit to completing the program within the provided timeline.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs to patients and assist with enrollment.
• Maintain accurate prescription information and records.
• Understand Medicare Part B requirements and related processes.
• Troubleshoot rejected claims or billing issues as needed.
• Assist customers with Medicare Part D questions.
• Follow nursing home filling procedures as required.
• Learn and implement new and changing technologies.
• Stay flexible with changing roles and support other store locations.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
