Qualifications

• Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently be or willing to become a certified pharmacy technician per North Dakota requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty.
• Promote Thrifty White programs and enroll patients in services.
• Maintain accurate prescription records and Medicare Part B/D knowledge.
• Troubleshoot rejected claims and billing issues.
• Assist with nursing home filling procedures and flexible role support.
