Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Support Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx programs and enroll patients.
• Maintain accurate prescription information and records.
• Understand Medicare Part B requirements and help with Part D inquiries.
