Qualifications

• Completion of Thrifty White Training Program (ASHP/ACPE Accredited) is required.
• Registration, licensing, and certification per North Dakota Board of Pharmacy must be completed.
• Applicant must be willing to complete the program within the timeline provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty.
• Promote Thrifty White programs (Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx) and enroll patients.
• Maintain prescription information to ensure accurate records.
• Understand Medicare Part B requirements and assist with Part D questions.
• Troubleshoot rejected claims or billing issues.
• Be flexible to learn new technologies and adapt to changing roles.
• Support store operations as needed.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
