Job summary
Thrifty White Pharmacy in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training to start or grow your pharmacy career. Completion of our ASHP/ACPE Accredited Training Program and ND Board registration requirements are required, with commitment to finishing within the provided timeline.

Qualifications
- Applicant should possess excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Must meet ND Board of Pharmacy registration, licensing, and certification requirements.
- Willing to complete the ASHP/ACPE Accredited Training Program within the allotted timeline.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist with Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx enrollments.
- Maintain prescription information and ensure accurate records.
- Understand and follow Medicare Part B requirements.
- Troubleshoot rejected claims or billing issues.
- Learn and apply new technologies and adapt to changing roles.
