Job summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy in Fargo, ND is seeking a Pharmacy Technician‑in‑Training. This FT role requires completion of the ASHP/ACPE accredited training program (400.5 hours; 271.25 paid in-store, 129.25 online) and state registration/licensing.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, aiding enrollment in Ready Refill and Medication Synchronization programs, and maintaining accurate prescription records.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Must be at least 18 years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Currently registered or willing to become certified as a MN Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Support programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and enroll patients.
• Maintain accurate prescription information and records.
• Understand Medicare Part B requirements and assist with Medicare Part D questions.
• Troubleshoot rejected claims or billing issues and help customers.
