Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in our stores, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service.

The role requires compliance with state board requirements, high school diploma or equivalent, and potential licensure/certification. You may assist with immunizations and other clinical services where permitted by state law, while upholding CVS policies and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If 16+ years old, per state rules, may be eligible in some states.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to deliver safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Deliver patient service with empathy and strong communication at the counter and drive-thru.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with ordering and returns-to-stocks.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with CVS policies and procedures.
