Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including licensure/certification

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within given timeframe
• Concentrate on tasks and pivot between duties to meet patient needs
• Deliver empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Verify prescription information and labeling for patient safety
• Handle inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed
• Collaborate with pharmacy team and embrace feedback for improvement
