The University of California, Irvine, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician III to support prescription filling and dispensing, data entry, and medication safety within UC Irvine Health. Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist, you will handle clerical tasks, inventory management and formulary knowledge.

The role requires a California Pharmacy Technician license and at least 5 years of experience, with ambulatory care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician with CA State Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Ambulatory care pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process, fill and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Enter medication data and prescriptions into the EMR.
• Maintain inventory and understand formulary and benefits.
