Freeman Health System’s Freeman Springdale Hospital is seeking a PRN Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations under pharmacist supervision. Responsibilities include medication preparation and distribution, inventory management, and assisting with dispensing and record-keeping.

The position emphasizes flexibility, adherence to certification and licensure requirements, and opportunities to grow within Freeman’s comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Current PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
• Active Arkansas Board of Pharmacy licensure or Missouri intern license.
• Pharmacy degree (BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and distribution of all doses of medication.
• Maintain drug inventories and stock automated dispensing cabinets.
• Prepare drug packaging, extemporaneous compounding, code cart restock.
• Complete patient records for drug therapy (aminoglycoside protocol orders, charges & credits).
