Job summary

Freeman Siloam Springs Hospital is seeking a PRN Staff Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team. You will coordinate daily, high-quality pharmaceutical care for hospitalized patients in alignment with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare staff to review patient therapies, document interventions and ensure optimal outcomes while maintaining compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, or Arkansas registration/fingerprinting, or an Arkansas Pharmacy Intern License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care to hospital patients in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses and healthcare staff regarding patient documentation and intervention outcomes.
