Job summary

Freeman Springdale Hospital -Pharmacy is hiring a pharmacist for full-time operations. Under direct supervision, you will assist in preparation and distribution of medications, maintain inventories, stock auto-dispensing cabinets, and ensure accurate drug therapy documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in Arkansas.

Schedule: FULL-TIME

May be occasionally subject to irregular hours.

What You'll Do

Working under the direct supervision of the pharmacist, the pharmacy tech assists in all pharmacy operation functions related to: preparation & distribution of all doses of medication; maintenance of drug inventories ( stocking auto dispensing cabinets in the facility, drug packaging, extemporaneous compounding, code cart re-stock); and completions of patients records pertaining to drug therapy (aminoglycoside protocol orders, drug charges & credits.

Requirements

Licensed Pharmacist in Arkansas.

Pharmacy Preferred Experience:

• BS in Pharmacy
• BCPS certification with ID qualifications Preferred.
